Upon payment for any of the services we provide, the client is understood to have read and accepted these terms of service (TOS).

On Web Design and Development

1. All materials, i.e. photographs, articles, audio and video files, electronic or otherwise, client submits to us for use in the creation of his/her website will remain his/her property. We will hold no copyright/ownership claims to said materials. In addition, all materials submitted by the client must not infringe any copyright laws or violate intellectual propery rights.

2. WebSketches.Com reserves the right to suspend, withdraw from, or discontinue any on-going projects if client is found to be negligent of his obligations to the contract.

On Web Hosting

1. Uploading and posting of pornographic and offensive contents in text, audio or video formats are prohibited and any accounts found violating this condition will be deleted immediately, with or without prior notice.

2. Uploading, hosting and posting of copyrighted materials that are in direct violation of copyright laws and intellectual property rights such as, but not limited to, audio and video files are prohibited and subject to immediate termination of service.

3. WebSketches.Com is NOT responsible for materials clients upload onto their hosting accounts.

4. WebSketches.Com reserves the right to remove materials from the server (or discontinue service altogether) that violates any or all of the terms in this agreement.

WebSketches.Com reserves the right to change or amend these TERMS OF SERVICE at any time and without prior notice.
